Your guide to making the most of ShowRockers.

Getting Started

What ShowRockers is

ShowRockers is an end-to-end platform for live event ticketing. As an attendee you browse, book, and check in with QR or wallet passes. As a host you build events through a guided 7-step wizard, manage seats and ticket types, accept Stripe / Zelle / Venmo payments, issue refunds, and settle Platform Fees through invoicing.

  • Discover events by location, date, language, and category — including external listings from partner platforms.
  • Book assigned-seat or general-admission tickets with promo codes, buyer-type pricing, and add-ons.
  • Host with full control over inventory, holds, sponsors, artists, itineraries, and contributions.
  • Operate from any device — the dashboard, check-in, and admin views are mobile-responsive.

Create an account

You can browse all public events without an account, but you'll need one to book or host.

  1. Click Sign In in the top right corner.
  2. Pick Register for a standard ShowRocker account, or Register as Event Host if you plan to publish events.
  3. Enter your name, email, password, and phone (optional but recommended — used for ticket-related SMS by some hosts).
  4. Verify your email by clicking the link we send you. Until verified you can sign in but cannot check out.

Understand your role

Your role determines what menus and tools you see:

  • ShowRocker — buys tickets, manages orders, contributions, and personal preferences.
  • Event Host (Manager) — creates and publishes events, configures seating and pricing, runs payouts, and invites Host Staff.
  • Host Staff — operates on behalf of a host: scans tickets, manages holds, views sales. No payout or financial-setting access.
  • Admin Staff / Super Admin — platform-wide settings, approvals, analytics, and user management.

Cookie preferences on first visit

The first time you visit you'll see a cookie banner. ShowRockers uses first-party cookies only — no third-party trackers, no ad networks. Your options:

  • Mandatory Only — essentials (login, checkout) plus anonymous first-party analytics (anonymous visitor IDs, no IP storage).
  • Accept All — adds opt-in cookies for personalization and future enhancements.

You can change this any time by clearing your cookie consent in browser storage — the banner will reappear.
